Notarization Musts:

The document signer must personally appear before the  Notary at the time of notarization – not before, not after


Signer must present valid government-issued photo ID with signature and physical description


Notary must be impartial and disinterested as to any document being notarized


Notary must make a record of each notarization and require document signer affix signature in journal – and if necessary thumbprint in official journal of notarial acts

Notarization Must NOTS:

Notarial certificates must NOT be predated prior to the document’s date of signing


Notary DOES NOT prepare any legal documents or give advice on legal matters pertaining to land titles

Notary must not notarize a document for a signer who is not of sound mind and able to verbally affirm they are signing on their own free will.

Notary must not certify copy of birth certificates or other vital records

Can you print my documents that need notarization?

Yes we can! Printing of documents are available up to 10 pages (B&W only) at an additional charge of $1.00 per page.

Do I have to travel to your location for you to proctor an exam?

No way! We travel to the exam location!
